39DollarGlasses.comBack before I underwent Lasik corrective eye surgery, I wore prescription glasses and sunglasses for years.  I first noticed in high school that I was having problems seeing what the teacher was writing on the blackboard and discovered soon thereafter that I was nearsighted.  I also soon found out just how expensive prescription glasses were!

I would have loved to have more than one pair of glasses to match my different moods and styles, but due to the expense, this was impossible.  It also cost me a pretty penny to finally buy a pair of prescription sunglasses and when I accidentally lost them while tubing down the Guadalupe River, I almost cried!  :tear:

Thankfully, those days of expensive prescription eyewear are long gone thanks to online retailers like 39 Dollar Glasses.com.  They generously allowed me to review a pair of glasses of my choice.  Keep reading to see which style I chose and learn more about my experience with 39 Dollar Glasses.com!

I reviewed the Chipmunk Pink/White Kids' Sunglasses from 39 Dollar Glasses.com, which retail for $250.00, but are on sale for $63.95.

Winterize Your Home Furnaces are kicking in across the U.S. as temperatures sink. Alas, keeping warm comes with a higher sticker price each year, no matter what type of heating system you use. According to CNN Money, the average bill for a home using heating oil is more than $320 per month while gas users fork over $160 monthly.

Here are some thoughts on how you could lower your heating bill without freezing your way through the winter.

1. Energy Audit
The first step is to assess any problem areas. Ask if your utility company provides a free or low-cost energy audit, which will identify changes you should make. Black Friday

Black Friday is a shopping marathon, and you need to train hard to be in top form on the big day.  Finding Black Friday ads early and planning your shopping strategy is crucial.  In 2010, 212 million shoppers participated in Black Friday.  That’s a lot of competition in the parking lots and in the stores!  The busiest retailers on Black Friday include Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kohl’s, Kmart, JC Penney, Sears, Best Buy, Toys R Us, and Lowe’s.

If you want to get doorbusters or deals from the most popular retailers on Black Friday, you need to arrive incredibly early and be prepared to wait in line with a mob of other shoppers (unless you opt for shopping from home in your pajamas, of course)!

You may be sleepy from too much turkey on Thanksgiving.  You may be tired after a long weekend interacting with out-of-town guest.  But you have to bring your A-game on Black Friday or you risk being outsmarted in the aisles or missing out on the coveted doorbuster you waited in line all night for.

Keep reading to learn everything you need to know to get ready for a grueling great day of Black Friday shopping.
