Delphin SpaIt seems that I am always deep in the throes of war...with my weight!  I've been trying desperately to lose 15 pounds in order to get back to my pre-baby weight of 132 lbs.  Most all of the clothes in my closet only fit a 132 lb. body and not the 147 lb. I was.  I'm happy to say that I've managed to keep five pounds off, but I still have more work to do.

Of course, working out and eating right is never that much fun and I'd love to be able to do anything I can to maximize my efforts.  What if I told you that there was a way to amp up the results you see from your workouts without actually working out any harder or any longer?

As a matter of fact, the only thing you would have to do differently would be to put on a pair of Delfin Spa Anti-Cellulite Shorts or Capris while doing almost any exercise or activity...even sleeping!  Sound good?

I reviewed the Delfin Spa Bio Ceramic Anti-Cellulite Shorts, which retail for $43.99, but are currently on sale for $39.99 with FREE SHIPPING.

ifocusAre you frustrated by your children's love of video games?  Do they spend countless hours "wasting time" when there's so many other worthwhile activities they could be doing?  If you have a child ages 6 to 12 years old, then please listen up.

I recently came across a magnificent program that draws from science, technology, nutrition and exercise to create a fun and interactive way for your child to improve their focus and attention.  It's called ifocus and is a scientific approach to improving your child's cognitive skills and development.

So is it really possible to give your child an "educated" video game which will not only challenge them for a few months, but can actually continuously challenge them for years?  Keep reading to find out!

I reviewed the ifocus Deluxe System, which retails for $199.95 with FREE SHIPPING.

Pine Bros. Now that the colder weather is here, I sometimes reflect back to the winters when I was a kid.  Waiting for the school bus, bundled up from head to toe, there was one thing that I relished the whole day through...the package of cherry-flavored cough drops that were stashed in either my backpack or pocket.

I absolutely loved the flavor so much, that I couldn't resist crunching them up in a matter of seconds.  Pine Bros. Softish Throat Drops have been soothing America's throats for over 140 years, and they were generous enough to allow me to review my favorite flavor of throat drops, Wild Cherry.  Keep reading to learn more!

I reviewed the Wild Cherry and Natural Honey Softish Throat Drops from Pine Bros., which retail for $2.99 for a 26-count puck.

Learning ResourcesWith childhood obesity quickly reaching epidemic proportions in our country, I think it is in everyone's best interest to teach healthy eating habits to our kiddos.  While the food pyramid is an effective visualization tool for learning basic nutrition, sometimes it's helpful to bring the lessons directly to where they are put into practice...on our plates.

That's why I was thrilled to learn of a brand new game designed for children ages 4 years old and up from Learning Resources, entitled Healthy Helpings MyPlate Game.  Keep reading to learn more about a fun, family way to make good nutrition a top priority!

I reviewed the Healthy Helpings MyPlate Game from Learning Resources which retails for $16.99 with FREE SHIPPING.
