It seems that I am always deep in the throes of war...with my weight! I've been trying desperately to lose 15 pounds in order to get back to my pre-baby weight of 132 lbs. Most all of the clothes in my closet only fit a 132 lb. body and not the 147 lb. I was. I'm happy to say that I've managed to keep five pounds off, but I still have more work to do.
Of course, working out and eating right is never that much fun and I'd love to be able to do anything I can to maximize my efforts. What if I told you that there was a way to amp up the results you see from your workouts without actually working out any harder or any longer?
As a matter of fact, the only thing you would have to do differently would be to put on a pair of Delfin Spa Anti-Cellulite Shorts or Capris while doing almost any exercise or activity...even sleeping! Sound good?
