DDP YogaBack in my younger days, I was a huge wrestling fan and cut my teeth on the likes of Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant and countless other wrestling superstars.  I watched Diamond Dallas Page apply his infamous "diamond cutter" move time and time again on his opponents, and was definitely familiar with "DDP".

What I didn't know though was that after Diamond Dallas Page left the ring, he has been super productive in changing regular folks' lives with a unique fitness program called DDP Yoga.  Being a big DDP and yoga fan already, I had to learn more about this particular exercise regimen.  Diamond Dallas Page never struck me as the yoga type, so I knew he had to have done something radical to the traditional yoga concept.

I reviewed the DDP Yoga Program Combo Pack, which retails for $99.99.

Dr. Ho'sMy husband has suffered from back pain and problems for as long as I've known him.  He's been in one too many car accidents and had one too many sports-related injuries for his back to ever be "normal" again.  Because of this incessant pain, my husband gets deep-tissue massages on a regular basis which seem to work temporarily.  The one thing each and every masseuse tells him is that the muscles in his lower back are extremely weak.

Dr. Michael Ho is a Doctor of Chiropractic and Acupuncture and has been practicing and teaching for more than 18 years.  He believes that the body has incredible healing powers and under the right conditions, these healing powers can potentially restore the body's prior functions.  Dr. Ho recognized that some elements are common amongst people who suffer from similar conditions, such as lower back pain. Armed with this knowledge, Dr. Ho continuously works with innovative engineers and scientists to develop products designed and formulated to help address the specific underlying causes of a problem.

The Decompression Belt is one of his latest inventions and sounded perfect for my husband to try.

I reviewed the Decompression Belt from Dr. Ho's which retails for $320.00, but is currently on sale for $159.96.

Everest NutritionI'm guilty of having a horrible diet at times.  As much as I wish things were different, I just completely dislike vegetables and don't eat fruits or fish as often as I should either.  Because of this, I've been taking a wide variety of nutritional supplements for well over a decade.  This way, I can try to make up for what my diet is lacking in order to give my body all of the essential vitamins and nutrients it needs.

I've long been a believer in fish oil supplements for they are a great added support for your cardiovascular system and brain functions.  I made sure to take plenty of fish oil when I was pregnant and while breastfeeding Riley, and to this day, Riley drinks organic milk loaded with DHA.

So I have to admit that I was fairly surprised to learn of a supplement much more powerful than fish oil...krill oil!  Everest Nutrition Krill Oil, found in the deep, pure waters of the Antarctic, is a new generation of Omega-3s that beats the pants off of fish oil.  According to independent laboratories, their Krill Oil was found to be 54x more powerful in antioxidant activity than fish oil.  Keep reading to learn more!

I reviewed two bottles of Everest Nutrition Krill Oil, 1250 mg - 60 Caplique Capsules, which retail for $29.95 each, but are currently on sale for $25.00 with FREE SHIPPING.

Realizing that there were many more struggling with pockets of stubborn fat, Dr. Ian took to social media, tweeting daily diet tips from SHRED to followers, and soon thousands of enthusiastic "shredders" sprouted up across the country and as far away as the United Kingdom.  The average weight loss in just 6 weeks has been 20 pounds!  SHREDDERS love that the food is inexpensive, regular and tasty and can be found in any grocery store.
