Ultimate Sandbag Fitness I've been on a mission for years to get in amazing shape and sculpt my body into one smokin' mama.  My fitness level is pretty good, but I can never seem to find a program that delivers results CONTINUALLY, no matter how dedicated I may be.  Around 4-6 weeks, it always seems that I either get completely bored with the program I'm on or that I plateau and the exercises just don't seem to work that well anymore.

I've decided that this time, I want to "go hard or go home" and I will do whatever it takes to get a rock-hard physique that anyone would be proud to have.  That's what led me to discover Ultimate Sandbag Training.  This program is extremely unique and offers many advantages over using a traditional set of dumbbells or weights.  It's also completely adjustable and grows right along with your increasing level of fitness.  Keep reading to learn more about one of the hottest new at-home exercise programs!

I reviewed the Ultimate Sandbag Training: Power Package from Henkin Fitness Systems which retails for $108.99, but is currently on sale for $99.99 with a 30-day money back guarantee.

RadioShack CorporationAs I grow older, I find myself more and more concerned and watchful over my health.  After all, we only have one life to live and I want mine to be as fulfilling as possible without undue pain and problems.  Of course, if there's one thing I've learned over the years, it's that much can be accomplished by simple awareness of the situation.  In the infamous words of Dr. Phil, "You can't change what you don't acknowledge."

Has technology advanced to the point where we can quickly and easily track and monitor our body's daily activities, set goals and record our progress?  If I ever have a question about the latest and greatest innovations in technology on the market today, I always know that RadioShack will have the answer.

They allowed me to review the truly unique Fitbit Ultra Wireless Activity + Sleep Tracker in order to get a better overall picture of my own health.  Keep reading to learn more about the tiny little tracker that somehow manages to do it all!

Zaggora If you've read many of my fitness posts lately, you'll know that I am currently deep in the throes of war...with my weight!  I've been trying desperately to lose 15 pounds in order to get back to my pre-baby weight of 132 lbs.  Most all of the clothes in my closet only fit a 132 lb. body and not the 147 lb. I was.  I'm happy to say that I've already lost seven pounds, but I still have more work to do.

Of course, working out and eating right is never that much fun and I'd love to be able to do anything I can to maximize my efforts.  What if I told you that there was a way to amp up the results you see from your workouts without actually working out any harder or any longer?  As a matter of fact, the only thing you would have to do differently would be to put on a pair of Zaggora FLARES.  Sound good?  Then keep reading to learn more about how these amazing weight loss pants work!

I reviewed the Zaggora FLARES from Celu-lite which retails for $111.57.

Getting Fit at HomeAccording to the authors of Freakonomics, people who purchase gym memberships overestimate their attendance by 70 percent. As a result, over $500 of the average annual cost of memberships is simply lining the pockets of gym owners -- and doing absolutely nothing for your waistline.

If you struggle with getting to the gym every day, try getting fit at home for a fraction of the cost. Though you may not have the fancy equipment offered by fitness clubs, you can still meet your goals affordably by considering the following tips.
