Jacob BromwellI am one happy gal because autumn is just a few weeks away and for me and my family, that means camping trips!  There's nothing better than unplugging from the technological world we live in and getting back to our more simpler roots from time to time.

Sleeping under the stars and getting back to nature is a joy in itself, but then again, so is the food we eat while camping!  Roasted hot dogs, marshmallows, skewers of vegetables and even fresh fish taste so much better when prepared by a campfire.  Jacob Bromwell is a genuine American company that believes in keeping alive the values of our pioneer past and provides legendary cookware to allow you and your family to do just that.  I recently had the opportunity to review their Ohio BBQ Skewers set.  Keep reading to learn more!

I reviewed the Ohio BBQ Skewers (Set of 2) from Jacob Bromwell, which retail for $29.99.

Jacob Bromwell Cooking Products

For over 190 years, Jacob Bromwell has been providing legendary cookware made the old-fashioned way: the same original tradition with authentic materials and by skilled craftsmen right here in the USA. :flag:  All of Jacob Bromwell's products are also backed by a free LIFETIME guarantee, so you know your cooking utensils will last just as long as you do.

I'm so grateful to have received the Ohio BBQ Skewers for review because this is one well-designed skewer made for true campfire cooks like me.  The Ohio BBQ Skewers provide two prongs for holding your food so that you can cook more than one item at a time.  Now, you can easily roast two marshmallows at a time, a super huge smore or even a hot dog and a marshmallow with just this one skewer.

Each Ohio BBQ Skewer measures 22" long so you have plenty of room to roast without the risk of injury.  The all wood handle keeps your hand cool and each Ohio BBQ Skewer is meticulously handcrafted right here in the USA.  The one downside to cooking over a camp fire is that there's no way around burned fingertips when it's time to slide the smoking hot food off of the skewer or stick.

That's what makes the Jacob Bromwell skewers so unique and practical!  Each skewer comes complete with a convenient slide bar which effortlessly pushes the food off of the skewer for you.  Now you can rest assured that your fingertips will no longer suffer the consequences of the open flame.
