I LOVE interior decorating and get extremely amped up any time my husband says that it's time to knock one more remodeling project off of our to-do list.  This time it's our guest bedroom.  The one room in our home that is supposed to feel welcome and inviting has been a huge eyesore for years.

When starting to map out the details of our new guest bedroom, I knew I wanted a traditional look that would feel much like a cozy bedroom in a bed and breakfast.  An area rug would be key to livening up this room's decor and RugsUSA.com had the perfect area rug to make our friends and family feel welcome.  Keep reading to learn more!

The Spectrum Sunburst Beige Rug from RugsUSA.com is a gorgeous area rug measuring 4' 9" x 7' 5".  It is machine-made in Egypt from 100% polypropylene fibers.  This rug is extremely versatile and feels great under bare feet.  The soft and comfortable texture of this area rug will definitely make you look down and notice what's under you when you step on it.

I loved the natural pattern of the Sunburst Beige Rug, for the intertwined leaves and vines formed several circular clusters of varying design and color.  The reason that this area rug is so versatile, is because the colors seem to adapt to the lighting in each particular room.  For instance, if you look at the pictures of the Spectrum Sunburst Beige Rug on the RugsUSA.com website, you'll see an area rug which appears more golden, with olive greens and browns running throughout.  But in my foyer, which has only large windows and natural light, the rug appears more beige and the olives and browns appear cooler and more greyish.

When I move the rug though to a room with warmer, incandescent lighting, the Sunburst Beige Rug looks just as it does in the RugsUSA.com website pictures.  We are going to have our guest bedroom painted a soft, warm yellow this weekend and I know that the Spectrum area rug is going to look phenomenal in this new room.
