For me, it's working out! Recently, I have been pretty religious about MAKING myself work out three days a week...NO EXCUSES! But now there's a way to turn your hectic schedule into a positive for your health. The answer is using Banglz wrist and ankle weight bands!
I have always wanted to try a pair of wrist and ankle weights because I love the idea of doing something positive for my health while taking care of business! With these Banglz wrist and ankle weight bands, you can comfortably and stylishly add a muscle resistance regimen to your daily routine and not have to take any additional time out of your day to do it! I received the Banglz 1/2 pound Everyday Wrist Bands (Denim pattern) and the Everyday 1 pound Ankle Bands (Cheetah pattern) as shown below.
Each set of bands came in a tiny plastic purse-like pouch for storing. As you can see from the picture below, you also receive one set of interchangeable sleeves in the pattern of your choice as well as a set of extenders, which would allow the wrist or ankle bands to be made larger, if necessary. I've pulled back the sleeves so that you can see what the actual weight bands look like. They are simply gray neoprene covered bands which Velcro together to fit around your wrists or ankles.

In the left picture above, you can see the ankle band up close and the details of the Velcro closure. The Cheetah sleeve scrunches around the weight band once it is secured around your ankle and merely looks like you are wearing a bulky ankle bracelet of some sort. The wrist bands operate in the same manner. The picture on the right is showing me sporting my Banglz wrist and ankle weight bands! I have to say that I really enjoyed wearing both the wrist and ankle weight bands for they were very comfortable, didn't interfere with my activities at all and they worked!
The first time I put them on, I could immediately feel my muscles being challenged, but not in an uncomfortable or straining way. As a matter of fact, after about 10 minutes, I completely forgot they were there...until the next day, when I woke up and my arms were actually sore!
I wore these several times around the house while doing laundry, feeding Riley, vacuuming, playing outside in the yard, etc. and have to admit that they will give you the added resistance that your body needs to help retain muscle mass and support overall strength to your muscles and bones. Just look at the benefits both your body and mind receive when you add resistance exercise to your activities:

I also really like the interchangeable sleeves that the Banglz wrist and ankle weights use. These sleeves protect your Banglz from spills, dirt, and sweat, since they can be removed and washed. Also, they make the Banglz look like bulky bracelets so that you can go out in public with these on and not look foolish.
No one has to know that you are wearing wrist and ankle weights, unless you tell them! Now, no matter how busy your day and life may become, you can easily add resistance training to your schedule and do something good for your health!
