In order to receive 4 grams of dietary fiber, you should chew two of the FiberChoice tablets.
If I am truly lacking 13-15 grams of dietary fiber, then I would need to eat at least six or seven tablets a day. The instructions on the bottle recommend consuming no more than five tablets per day. So just know that in order to receive your full daily allowance of fiber, you will also need to increase your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables and not rely solely on the FiberChoice tablets.
