Ivory Soap "I want my clean as real as Ivory.  It's gotta be 99.44.  I want my clean as real as Ivory.  Nothing less, nothing more."  Anyone out there remember this famous jingle?

Even thirty years after I originally heard this catchy tune, I still remember every word.  Since 1879, Ivory has been the gold standard when it comes to clean.  Though their formula has changed a bit over the years to include a wide range of body cleansers such as body wash, hand soap and facial soap, one thing remains constant.  Ivory is a brand that America relies on to deliver a pure and simple clean.  Keep reading to learn more!

John FriedaThe summer is a very tricky season for me and my hair.  No matter how cute my locks look indoors, with the increased heat and humidity, they turn into a pile of frizz within minutes of stepping outside.  Since my hair is fine and board straight on its own, I've learned that it battles the frizzies and flyaways better if I put some curl to it as well as a few pumps of setting spray.

John Frieda is one of the leading manufacturers of anything and everything related to making your hair look fabulous.  Recently, I had the chance to review two new curling irons, perfect for this sultry season.  Keep reading to learn more!

I reviewed the following John Frieda styling tools by Conair:

1.25" Barrel Frizz-Ease Loose Curls Curling Iron which retails for $29.99, but is currently on sale for $23.97 with FREE SHIPPING

1-1.5" Barrel Frizz-Ease Wavy Curls Conical Curling Iron which retails for $39.99

3MI live in a home of die-hard allergy sufferers, so when the seasonal allergy seasons roll around, I try and brace myself for the worst.  My daughter will get a runny nose coupled with itchy, watery eyes and will typically be in a foul mood.  My husband also gets the same foul mood, along with major sinus and sneezing troubles.

I'm lucky for seasonal allergies don't affect me much, but this year seemed to be different.  Everyone in my home was in a constant foul mood and I was getting mind-splitting headaches almost daily.  I rarely get headaches, so this was a cause for concern.  Also, my husband started getting headaches within minutes of coming home from work.  We all felt miserable and even though everyone was taking allergy medication to ease our woes, nothing seemed to be helping.  Keep reading to learn more!

Chuggington Wooden RailwayI love for my daughter to play with toys of all kinds, including those typically deemed just for boys.  Chuggington is a very popular children's television show which features lovable train characters that work together to get the job done.

Riley has a Chuggington Wooden Railway set that she (and her daddy) frequently play with.  She's become quite the fan of Koko and Wilson, which is why I knew that she'd be too excited to help me review five of the newest members to the Chuggington Railway engine family.  Keep reading for the full introduction to this lovable cast!

gloProfessionalUncle FesterAh, I knew this day would one day arrive and unfortunately, that day is here.  The fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes finally require their own particular level of maintenance when it comes to applying my makeup.  In my opinion, nothing makes you look older than when your makeup starts to settle in those fine lines around the eyes.  Large creases form which amplify those fine lines and turn them into huge "notice-me-now" wrinkles.

I've tried to just not wear undereye makeup at all and avoid the problem all together, but this isn't a viable solution either.  I have dark circles under my eyes and without concealer or foundation to brighten those babies up, I tend to resemble Uncle Fester more than I care to.

I reviewed the gloMinerals Under Eye Primer from gloProfessional which retails for $24.00 with FREE SHIPPING.

H-E-BH-E-B Beauty Pick of the Month This year, I've been chosen to participate in the H-E-B Beauty Bloggers program! Each and every month, I will be bringing you the H-E-B Beauty Pick of the Month with plenty of chances to nab some great prizes too!

One of the easiest ways to update your overall look is to simply change the colors of cosmetics you're wearing.  I have my typical go-to colors appropriate for each season, which all tend to revolve around neutrals in one way or another.

Of course, summer is the season for bright and bold colors and your makeup can definitely follow suit.  The hot new summer cosmetics shade this year is coral.  Now I'm not typically bold enough to wear these dramatic peachy hues, but leave it to H-E-B and Revlon to bring me out of my shell.

This month's beauty feature is an entire summer accessories collection of lip and nail color in coral from Revlon.  Keep reading to learn more!

Print this coupon for $4.00 OFF your purchase of a Revlon lip and nail product bought together at H-E-B.
