Almondina BrandIt's such a cruel twist of fate...whatever seems to taste the worst is usually the healthiest thing to eat and whatever tastes the best is the kind of food you should never put in your mouth.  When Charles Barkley was asked what his secret was to losing 40+ pounds recently, he said that he followed a simple diet...if it tastes good, spit it out.

Almondina Brand believes that it is indeed possible to blend healthy with delicious, and their all-natural, wonderfully crunchy almond biscuits come from a secret family recipe dating back to 1929.  Keep reading to learn more!

I reviewed the Almondina Assorted 8-Cookie Gift Box, which retails for $31.95.

Pami PocketThese days, our cell phones or smartphones have quickly become so much more to us than mere communication devices.  It's almost as if every one of us has our very own personal assistant that tethers us to the online world.  We use our mobile phones as a GPS device, a calendar, a calculator, an entertainment system, a way to communicate with friends and families, to find coupons on the go and so much more.

That's why it's very difficult to leave all of this behind in our car, beach bag or backpack when it's time for some good ol' fashioned fun in the sun this summer.  So what should you do if you're out riding bikes or splashing about at the beach and still want to remain connected?  Just strap on the Pami Pocket and soak up all the fun this summer has to bring.  Keep reading to learn more!

I reviewed the Pami Pocket Cell Phone Purse in Black which retails for $14.99.

Joe Button I've never been one to wear many dresses, though my closet is literally stuffed with slacks and button-down shirts.  There's two things I've learned about fashion over the years.  First, a wardrobe filled with timeless, classic pieces will last you for decades and second, fit is everything.  I've seen the most expensive garment I own look mediocre and a bargain basement item look absolutely stunning, all because of the way the item fit me.

Joe Button also believes in the importance of a well-made, well-fitting piece of clothing and have designed their entire business around helping you create your very own custom, one-of-a-kind fashion masterpiece.  Keep reading to learn more!

I reviewed the Jenny Cavilleri Women's Shirtdress in Navy from Joe Button, which retails for $139.00.

Metamorphic Toys Inc.When I was a little girl, I can remember being so excited to actually receive something in the mail.  Back before there was email, text messaging and standard shipping times of just a few business days, there was the dreaded "please wait 6-8 weeks for delivery".  So when something (anything) finally arrived in the mail for me, it was cause to celebrate.

I guess some things never change, for my daughter still lights up like a Christmas tree when she receives a book, magazine or sheet of stickers in the mail.  We also play "imaginary post office" quite often where we write letters or draw pictures and then "mail" them to each other by hiding them in certain places around the room.

Metamorphic Toys has invented an eco-friendly way for your child to express themselves and utilize their imagination.  The Everythingland Mailbox can be decorated in absolutely any way possible and then can be used as an at-home post office so that the creative play can continue.  Keep reading to learn more!

I reviewed the Everythingland Mailbox and Everythingland Eco-Art U-Stick'ems from Metamorphic Toys, which retail for $19.95 and $6.49, respectively on Amazon.com.

National Recreation and Park Association Summer is a great season for staying active and taking advantage of all that the outdoors have to offer.  My family definitely enjoys spending time outside by walking or biking around our neighborhood, swimming at the local pool or playing at our favorite park.  Since children have an infinite supply of energy, it's healthy to encourage them to get outside and play whenever possible.

Riley loves running, jumping and climbing on all of the playground equipment at our local park and I appreciate how this regular activity increases her endurance, coordination and keeps her grinning from ear to ear.  There's nothing better than to hear the laughs and squeals of delight from a child, and when we're outdoors it's a guarantee that these sounds will be heard.

Ultimate Sandbag Fitness I've been on a mission for years to get in amazing shape and sculpt my body into one smokin' mama.  My fitness level is pretty good, but I can never seem to find a program that delivers results CONTINUALLY, no matter how dedicated I may be.  Around 4-6 weeks, it always seems that I either get completely bored with the program I'm on or that I plateau and the exercises just don't seem to work that well anymore.

I've decided that this time, I want to "go hard or go home" and I will do whatever it takes to get a rock-hard physique that anyone would be proud to have.  That's what led me to discover Ultimate Sandbag Training.  This program is extremely unique and offers many advantages over using a traditional set of dumbbells or weights.  It's also completely adjustable and grows right along with your increasing level of fitness.  Keep reading to learn more about one of the hottest new at-home exercise programs!

I reviewed the Ultimate Sandbag Training: Power Package from Henkin Fitness Systems which retails for $108.99, but is currently on sale for $99.99 with a 30-day money back guarantee.
