"Laughter is good for the soul."  I definitely believe this statement to be true, for as a friend of mine once said, "there's nothing funnier than laughing."  Okay, so my friend wasn't necessarily a poet, but he has a point.  Being able to lighten our loads through laughter makes us feel better and has even been found to be medically beneficial too.

Personally, I think Eddie Murphy and Chris Rock are two of the funniest men on the planet.  I could (and have) watch their stand up routines hundreds of times and belly laugh through the entire show, but unfortunately, their humor is definitely "adult" and not at all family-friendly.  So is there a middle ground between Barney the dinosaur and Eddie Murphy?  Now there is!
