Let Me Tell You ‘Bout My New Best Friend…Her Name is Trudy & She’s My 2010 Chevy Malibu!

Here I am, as promised, wanting to share with you all about my exciting day yesterday!  I know that I had mentioned previously that I would be driving a new 2010 Chevy Malibu as part of the Houston Area Gotta Love Chevy Moms Time Out Team.  Well, yesterday was the day that I finally got to meet Trudy, my beautiful taupe-colored 2010 Chevy Malibu LTZ!

Now you may be thinking...who the heck is Trudy?  :)  That's what I decided to name my Chevy Malibu!  It seems that all cars have female names and I was trying to think of a name for my new sidekick which was something spunky, fun, beautiful and loaded...and Trudy is the name that just sprung to mind.

Okay, that last description might be a little tacky, but it's so true!  There's nothing this Malibu doesn't have.  Of course, I will detail some of my favorite features more specifically at a later time, but for now, suffice it to say that Trudy comes equipped with the following:

  • Two-tone leather interior
  • Power sunroof with sunshade
  • Remote vehicle starter system
  • Bose 8-speaker sound system
  • USB port and 110V rear AC outlet
  • 18" 10-spoke bright-finish aluminum wheels
  • Projector-beam foglamps
  • StabiliTrak Electronic Stability Control System with Traction Control
  • Heated front seats
  • Bluetooth Wireless Technology to sync the car with your phone
  • OnStar with Turn-by-Turn Navigation and XM Radio

Now, that's a girl who's loaded!

 

Evan, from Davis Chevrolet, introduced me to Trudy and gave me the low-down on all of her many features.  He's kindly agreed to answer any and all questions any of you may have, so please fire away and leave a comment if there's ANYTHING at all you'd like to know about the new Malibu!  I'll be reporting more very soon...for now, Trudy and I have some places to go and people to see!  :)
