Perfume for women is one of the little indulgences I love to shop for. Wearing a great smelling perfume is always an instant pick-me-up and gives me a renewed sense of confidence. I'm usually partial to floral or musky perfumes and so when I learned of the brand new variety from Guess, Guess Girl, I just had to give it a whiff.
Guess Girl is a youthful, medium-heavy perfume for women It comes in a clear glass bottle adorned with a simple black ribbon. The signature piece is the intricate glass/fabric flower on top which really adds a delicate, girly flair.
Guess Girl is a seductive, floral-fruity fragrance signed by perfumer Laurent Le Guernec of International Flavors & Fragrances. Top notes are dominated by fruity nectar made of raspberry, melon and bergamot. The heart introduces floral notes of Brazilian paradise orchid combined with Provencal acacia and lilies, while the soft and creamy base is composed of Australian sandalwood and Madagascar vanilla.
Even though this fragrance was designed for younger women in their twenties, I loved it and enjoyed wearing it from the moment I put it on. When you first spray this perfume, you'll immediately notice the soft floral fragrance, which I adored. This yummy scent lasts long throughout the day and I always receive numerous compliments each time I wear it.
Of course, perfume is a very subjective purchase, so my impressions might be different from yours. The next time you're at any major department store, your local Guess store or your favorite fragrance boutique, be sure to give Guess Girl a try and let me know what you think!
Disclosure: I received a bottle of Guess Girl perfume in order to facilitate my review. No other compensation was received. This product review is based on my own personal experiences with this item and is completely honest and objective. |
