The Dainty Drop Bracelet from The Vintage Pearl is actually inspired by one of their most popular necklaces.  It is composed of a sturdy sterling silver chain with lobster clasp and features small 5/8" sterling silver discs which can be hand stamped with any name or phrase up to 15 letters.  The charms are evenly spaced around the bracelet itself and also contain a beautiful Swarovski birthstone crystal hanging right along with each charm.  Of course, each piece of jewelry from The Vintage Pearl includes a signature pearl accent around the closure.
