The only word of caution I'd like to offer involves the Crest Pro-Health Clinical Rinse. This item does contain both CPC (Cetylpyridinium Chloride) and hydrogen peroxide. The good news is that these two ingredients couple together to produce an effective whitening mouthwash. The bad news is that these two products can also irritate the mouth and tongue quite badly in some people.
Personally, I like the Crest Pro-Health Clinical Rinse the most out of the four products I reviewed, but I also make sure to swish my mouth with water for about 15 seconds after using. I don't want to swallow the peroxide and I feel better knowing that I'm not leaving it in my mouth. I might just be being overcautious, but I can honestly say that my teeth are whiter and I've not suffered any sort of mouth sensitivity or negative effects from using this product.
