With hundreds of thousands of cookies baked weekly, we now supply cafes and gourmet food stores across Australia as well David Jones Stores in the major capital cities, Costco in Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra (with more to come) and Qantas Airlines. I recently had the opportunity to sample their White Chocolate Chunk & Macadamia Nut Cookies as well as their Sesame Crispbread. Keep reading to learn more!
I also reviewed the Sesame Crispbread(75g) from Byron Bay Gourmet Foods, which retails for $3.25.
Byron Bay Cookie Company began as a home-based business selling two favors, White Chocolate Chunk & Macadamia Nut and Triple Chocolate Fudge, and now offers 17 varieties including three that are gluten-free: White Chocolate Chunk & Macadamia Nut, Triple Chocolate Fudge and Sticky Date & Ginger. These are very adult confections, great with tea and coffee. These soft textured cookies were delightful and yummy and within two days were completely GONE!
A perfect accompaniment to any cheese plate, Byron Bay crispbreads are wafer-thin, with unique crisp texture and subtle flavor. Gluten-free varieties are newest to the line, available in Original and award-winning Rosemary & Sea Salt. Byron Bay Sesame Crispbread was delightfully thin and crunchy and had an addictive taste I just couldn't get enough of. I paired these crisps with chunks of my favorite cheese and a glass of tea and was in heaven!
These two items were simply outstanding in both taste and quality and their prices were reasonable. They would be perfect for the upcoming holiday season or your next dinner party.
