During my time on this planet, I've done plenty of damage to my skin.  I was born with very fair skin which is easily scarred by the sun.  Now that I'm 36, I'd love to try and correct the years of abuse and neglect as well as take care of those emerging fine lines and wrinkles.

Just in time for the holiday season, Famous Footwear has launched its Voices of Victory campaign.  The campaign allows for people to create a free singing holiday greeting card to share with friends and family.  Participants will also add their names to Famous Footwear’s large greeting card to try to break the Guinness World Record for the most contributions to a greeting card!  If the record is broken, Famous Footwear will donate $10,000 to the March of Dimes.

Thanks to the rise of daily deal sites such as Groupon and LivingSocial, holiday shopping is no longer limited to material possessions. Now the thoughtful gift-giver can dole out experiences as well. Whether it's a few laps around the track in a race car or a relaxing day at the spa, there's an unlimited number of interesting options.

In fact, a recent poll from Ipsos Public Affairs found 24% of shoppers are likely to purchase a daily deal as a gift this holiday season. Though the values can be great, not every offer is a bargain. If you have some daily deals on your shopping list, consider these tips before you buy.

It seems that I am always deep in the throes of war...with my weight!  I've been trying desperately to lose 15 pounds in order to get back to my pre-baby weight of 132 lbs.  Most all of the clothes in my closet only fit a 132 lb. body and not the 147 lb. I was.  I'm happy to say that I've managed to keep five pounds off, but I still have more work to do.

Of course, working out and eating right is never that much fun and I'd love to be able to do anything I can to maximize my efforts.  What if I told you that there was a way to amp up the results you see from your workouts without actually working out any harder or any longer?
