Rubbermaid I'm proud to say that my family recycles regularly and once you get into the swing of things, you'll be amazed at just how much of your regular trash can be recycled.  There's the myriad of cardboard boxes and wrappers which are used for everything from stick butter, to yogurt, to canned sodas and milk cartons.  Next, you can keep an eye out for most plastic containers like milk jugs, squeeze bottles of jelly, mustard, mayonnaise, etc.

All of this collecting is easy to do and great for the environment, but unfortunately, my kitchen counter often looks like a trash dump until we take these small items outside to our big recycling containers.  That's why I was thrilled to learn that Rubbermaid has designed the Hidden Recycler, a recycling bin which can be stored neatly inside your kitchen cabinet door. Keep reading to learn more!

I reviewed the Hidden Recycler Recycling Bin from Rubbermaid, which retails for $17.59.

EatSmart ProductsNow that swimsuit season is in full swing, I'm busy fighting the battle of the bulge with all of my might!  A curious thing was happening to me though.  I began running 4 to 5 miles on the elliptical 4 to 5 times per week, eliminated all processed foods from my diet and I still wasn't losing any weight!

Since my activity level had gone way up, I realized that the problem had to be in what I was eating.  Well, with the help of a great new FREE fitness app I discovered, called My Fitness Pal, and the easy-t0-use Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale from EatSmart Products, I'm happy to say that I'm back on track and healthier than ever.  Keep reading to learn more and find out why my peanut butter and jelly sandwich was to blame!

I reviewed the Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale in Black/Chrome from EatSmart Products, which retails for $34.95, but is currently on sale for $25.00 with FREE SHIPPING.

Shaklee Corporation As a mom, I feel it's my job to do my best to keep my family safe and healthy.  Carefully reading food labels in order to eliminate harmful toxins from our diets, like trans-fats and artificial dyes, is something I've been doing for years, but I never considered reading the labels on our household cleaning products before.

So when I learned about the new Get Clean products from Shaklee, I was more than ready to take the green cleaning challenge to see what's really going on underneath my kitchen sink.  Needless to say, I was shocked at what I discovered.  Keep reading to learn more!

I reviewed the Get Clean Starter Kit from Shaklee Corporation, which retails for $115.32.

BananagramsThe warmer weather is here to stay and it won't be long now until school is out for summer...and you know what that means?  Travel, travel and more travel!  Summer is typically the time for family reunions, trips to camp, vacations and other fun away from home.  Oftentimes, the long car or plane rides a trip can bring are the most dreaded part of a family outing, but this doesn't have to be the case anymore!

Bananagrams is a family-owned company that believes in having fun anywhere and everywhere and they've created a whole "bunch" of creative and addictive word games to get your family in the fun-loving spirit no matter where you're at.  I recently had the chance to review all five of their on-the-go games.  Keep reading to learn more!

Aetrex Worldwide Since becoming a stay-at-home mom, I'm guilty of sacrificing style for comfort.  Chasing after my daughter and taking care of a never-ending to-do list usually means that I grab my favorite tennis shoes when heading out the door, instead of a cute pair of heels or sandals.

I desperately don't want to turn into a frumpy housewife, for I greatly enjoy keeping up with the latest clothing trends and styles.  So what's a girl to do when you're searching for fashionably comfortable footwear?  Head straight to Aetrex Worldwide!  I recently had the chance to update my spring wardrobe with a trendy pair of sandals from Aetrex's Essence Collection.  Keep reading to learn more!

I reviewed the Tanya Adjustable T-Strap Heel Sandal in Desert Tan from Aetrex Worldwide, which retails for $129.95.

H-E-B This year, I've been chosen to participate in the H-E-B Beauty Bloggers program! Each and every month, I will be bringing you the H-E-B Beauty Pick of the Month with plenty of chances to nab some great prizes too!

Do you color treat your hair?  I've been a "blond" my entire life and know the downsides firsthand of having color-treated highlights.  My hair is more brittle and easier to break and after a while, it gets that awful brassy color.  Fekkai hair care products are April's beauty feature from H-E-B and I had the chance to sample the Technician Color Care Starter Kit, guaranteed to leave your hair looking and feeling soft, shiny and healthy.  Keep reading to learn more!

I reviewed the Fekkai Technician Color Care Starter Kit from H-E-B, which retails for $26.98.
Get a $3.00 OFF coupon on any Fekkai Hair Care product costing $21+ from H-E-B NOW!  (Look for the yellow in-store coupon - expires 4/17/12)
