Educational InsightsAlthough I have no intention of homeschooling Riley, I do have several learning goals for her before she officially starts school.  I want to teach her to read and write her alphabet, her name and our phone number so as to be better prepared for kindergarten.

We're busy learning letter sounds, but I soon realized that I needed a fun and easy way to enrich Riley's phonics skills.  As always, Educational Insights was right there with a terrific toy to teach beginning reading fundamentals.  Keep reading to learn more about the Teaching Tiles Early Learning System!

I reviewed the Teaching Tiles Early Learning System Beginning Reading Center from Educational Insights which retails for $49.99, but is currently on sale for $33.99 with FREE SHIPPING.

Tru Fragrance Perfume for WomenPerfume for women is one of the little indulgences I love to shop for.  Wearing a great smelling perfume is always an instant pick-me-up and gives me a renewed sense of confidence.  I'm usually partial to floral or musky perfumes and so when I learned of the brand new variety from Tru Fragrance, Sinful for Her, I just had to give it a whiff.

Sinful for Her is a bold new perfume for women that's available at Buckle.  It combines fruity, floral and woodsy together in one long-lasting scent which constantly changes as you move through your day.

I reviewed Sinful for Her Eau de Parfum (2 oz.) from Buckle, which retails for $49.95 but is currently on sale for $39.95.

Celebrate with Hershey'sHalloween is one of my favorite holidays because I'm a gal who actually LOVES being scared!  I enjoy all of the costumes, candy and eeriness that surround this holiday and look forward to sharing these things with my daughter this year.

We both love to do crafts and of course, we love delicious chocolaty treats too!  This year, I've found a way to combine those two loves into one neat Halloween paper crafts project.  Keep reading for a full tutorial on how to make a Black Cat Candy Holder using paper plates and Hershey's candy!

Organize Your GarageIf I had to name the one area in almost everyone's home that's usually a complete and utter mess, I'd have to go with the garage.  In my neighborhood, most families park their cars outdoors, though absolutely everyone has at least a two-car garage at their disposal.

Unfortunately, we tend to turn our garages into quick and easy dumping grounds that are rarely organized and quite often, even dangerous.  That's why the Saturday immediately following Labor Day has officially been deemed "National Clean Out Your Garage Day".  So why not band together as a family, roll up your sleeves and organize your garage today?

The following 5 tools from The Lehigh Group, Ace Hardware and Quickie will get you started in the right direction!

BarillaOnce I became a stay-at-home mom, I just always assumed that life would go by at a much more leisurely pace than it did when I was officially in the work force.  Boy, was I wrong!  Life has never been more hectic, which unfortunately means that most days I end up skipping lunch entirely.

Skipping meals is never good for anyone and I don't want to model this behavior for my daughter either.  Now, thanks to Barilla and their new line of healthy microwave meals, I can successfully make a yummy pasta dish for me in the time it takes to make my daughter's lunch.

Save $1.00 on any variety Barilla Microwaveable Meal with this coupon.
