Any time I attend a sporting event, concert or other large-scale activity, one of the things I look forward to most is eating one of the yummy soft pretzels that are always served there.  I am a huge bread fan of all kinds and soft pretzels make a terrific snack for they are easy to eat and oftentimes very filling.

Kim & Scott's Gourmet Pretzels offers a wide assortment of traditional soft pretzels, stuffed pretzels and even gluten-free pretzels, all twisted by hand and made from scratch using only all-natural and premium ingredients.  I received a sampler pack of their stuffed pretzels for review.  Keep reading to learn more!

As you can see from the picture above, I received five packages of Kim & Scott's Gourmet Pretzels in the following flavors:

• Spinach Feta
• Pizza Pretzel
• Grilled Cheese
• Cheddar Jalapeño
• Apple Cinnamon

Each package contained two individually wrapped pretzels which were super easy to prepare.  Simply remove the pretzel from the cellophane bag and either heat in the microwave for approximately 1 minute or cook using a conventional oven for 12-15 minutes.  Since I love soft pretzels and didn't want to risk my pretzel becoming too crispy, I chose the microwave method.

I was thrilled at how soft and chewy these pretzels were simply by heating them in the microwave.  As you can see from the pictures below, they are also stuffed full of wonderful ingredients which tasted to be of the highest-quality.  They also tasted extremely fresh and was happy to discover that these pretzels were also very good for you too!

Kim & Scott's Gourmet Pretzels are hand-twisted, whole grain pretzels baked from scratch using all-natural ingredients.  They are also made in a nut-free bakery so as to be sensitive to anyone who may suffer from nut allergies. I loved how each pretzel contained only 4 grams of fat and 3.5 grams of dietary fiber, as well as 10 grams of protein.

These pretzels even had 260 mg ALA Omega-3s from Flax, which is wonderful summertime brain food!  Although they were a little high in calories with 230 per pretzel, I thought that the healthy ingredients and yummy flavor far outweighed the higher caloric value.

If you have a hard-core soft pretzel lover in your family, then don't hesitate to make them extremely happy with any of the delicious selections from Kim & Scott's Gourmet Pretzels!  These premium pretzels are also twisted with plenty of healthy ingredients, so that you can feel good offering these to your family as a great summer snack.  With so many tasty flavors to choose from, the hardest part will be just deciding which ones to eat first!
