Now that Riley is a full-fledged toddler, she is constantly on the go. But no matter where we're at or what we're doing, nap time waits for no one! :) If Riley doesn't get her daily nap, she's irritable and cranky, which is bad for EVERYONE around. When we're visiting friends or family, we don't have the time or the room to try and pack up a travel playard or other portable bed for Riley. Who wants to bring along a ton of bedding stuff either?
Fortunately, Brianna's Bedding and Beyond carries a wonderful selection of toddler sleeping bags/nap mats from Olive Kids! I had the opportunity to review one of these nap mats with Riley. Keep reading to find out how it worked out.
Brianna's Bedding and Beyond carries a wide variety of adorable products for your child, but the toddler nap mats I saw there particularly caught my eye. Riley had the chance to review the Olive Kids Safari Toddler Sleeping Bag/Nap Mat from Brianna's Bedding and Beyond and loved it from the first moment she laid eyes on it. I loved it too for it was so well designed and functional.
As you can see from the picture below, this nap mat rolls up very tightly and is so small that it will be easy to take with us wherever we go. I thought the sturdy nylon strap attached to the outside of the rolled mat was a great idea for now the nap mat is super easy to tote around too.
This toddler sleeping bag measures 20" W x 50" L and even has a 20" W x 9" L removable polyfill pillow included. There is also an attached 30"W x 40" L light polyfill flannel blanket sewn right in so that everything your toddler needs to slumber is in one convenient place.
Riley couldn't wait to open up her new Safari Toddler Sleeping Bag/Nap Mat and surprised me by even laying it out by herself. Before long, she was all tucked in and comfy! As you can see from the lower left picture, Riley still has plenty of room to grow into her nap mat because it is 50" long. I also like how easy this nap mat is to care for. Simply toss this toddler nap mat into the washing machine, use the delicate cycle with cold water and it's as good as new again.
Although this nap mat is a lot like a sleeping bag, it is not intended for outdoor use, though it is perfect for preschool or daycare. I don't even like thinking about my baby running off to preschool yet, but I am glad to know that when she does, she will have the perfect companion with her for nap time.
If you have a little one who needs a quick and convenient way to nap on the go, then I highly recommend checking out the large selection of Olive Kids nap mats from Brianna's Bedding and Beyond. Now when you're traveling "over the river and through the woods" this holiday season, your toddler will be napping in style and comfort!
